Whitsunday Magic does two different trips 3 Day 3 Night trips per week one sailing the Whitsunday Islands and one that focuses on the many reefs in the Whitsundays and the actual Great Barrier Reef (weather permitting). You are able to do back to back cruises over 6 Days 6 Nights which is a combination of the Friday & Monday itineraries. Prices valid til 31st March 2009 $AUD.

This Itinerary is for the Day 1 being a Friday or Monday.
Day 1: Arrive in Airlie Beach and check in for sailing. In the afternoon our courtesy bus will transfer you to start your cruise aboard Whitsunday Magic.
Day 2 & 3: Enjoy 2 days sailing the islands, snorkelling, swimming, beachcombing, bush walking. Live-aboard your yacht in ensuited double or twin cabin.
Day 4 Final Day Sailing: return to Airlie Beach, check into your accommodation. This evening go to dinner (own expense) with the other guests from your sailing tour.
Day 5 & 6 While in Airlie Beach: Enjoy the days exploring Airlie Beach, lay around the pool at the Accommodation, visit our tropical lagoon, take a tour to Conway National Park, a day trip Croc Spotting Eco Tour. Maybe take a 1/2 day trip sightseeing the Whitsundays.
Day 7: Checking out of your accommodation at 10am.

This Itinerary is for the Monday being Day 1.
Day 1: Check-in for Sailing tour by 1.30pm.
Spend a few hours in Airlie Beach, maybe a swim at our Tropical Lagoon. You can leave your luggage at our Office while you explore. Our Courtesy Bus pickup is around 2.15pm for transfer to Marina for Cruise Departure.
Enjoy 3 days sailing the islands, snorkelling, swimming, beachcombing, bush walking, visit the famous Whitehaven Beach.
Day 4: Thursday, at 9.30am on Whitsunday Magic will anchor out the front of Daydream Island Resort, and you will be transferred to the Island. Check into your Room on the Island. Relax on the Island
Day 5 - 6: Relaxing on the island. Start each day with a Full Buffett Breakfast. Relax by the pool, enjoy water sports, Snorkel at Sunlovers Beach. Do as little or as much as you like. In the evening enjoy free entertainment, or a big screen movie.
Day 7: Checking out of your accommodation at 10am. End of services ##.

## Price does not include the ferry transfer from Daydream Island back to the mainland or Hamilton Island Marina.
Ferry Tickets are $26 p/p to mainland, or $49 p/p to Hamilton Island Airport, please request and we will book this transfer for you.
Rates increase over Easter & Christmas Holiday Period, 22 Dec to 5 Jan
Inclusions:
Services of Captain, Purser, Chef and Crew, All Meals with Morning and Afternoon Tea, Snorkelling Gear and Instruction, Guided Walks on Islands, Glass Bottom Boat Tours of the Coral Reefs, Local Courtesy Transfers to/from Airlie Beach to Marina or Shute Harbour.
Additional Costs:
Marine Park EMC, National Park Walks, Fuel Levy and Admin Fees for a total of $39 p/p, payable at Check-in. Beer, Wine, Spirits, Soft Drinks from the Bar. Introductory or Certified Scuba Dives are $75 and this is payable directly to the Scuba Dive Operator.
Specials:
From time to time Whitsunday Magic may offer special rates. Please ask when enquiring and our staff will check your dates for any specials that may apply. Specials are usually only available during the low season.
Bookings:
Intitially please use our general enquiry form to give us your dates and ask any questions you may have. If you are booking 30 days or more in advance you can go directly to our secure booking page to place your booking. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance amount payable on arrival for departure. If arranging travel to Airlie Beach please make sure you have enough time to arrive at least 4 hours prior to departure to check in.
Itinerary:
Like all sailing trips in the Whitsundays your safety and enjoyment is the primary concern. In line with this Whitsunday Magic will take you to the best locations available on each day according to wind and tide.
Tidal flows can be strong between high and low tide due to the naturally occuring differences between the two. At times there can be up to 18ft difference between high and low tide meaning some areas can be difficult to get to at low tide and strong currents flowing throughout the islands.
Fortunately there is so many different locations that a safe place to snorkel can be found on any given day. Your highly experienced captain will ensure that your Whitsunday Magic Cruise is a memorable one. Whitehaven Beach is visited on every trip.
